Preserving the Legacy of Singapore’s Iconic Buildings
Our Commitment to Heritage Conservation
Beginning in 2023, we launched this organisation as a way of putting our concern for the rapid urbanisation in Singapore leading to this corrosion of our cultural heritage.
We all believe in architecture as more than just a physical space, rather than an emotional connection to what makes our community unique. By getting rid of them we lose decades of stories and craftsmanship. We are not opposed to the progress or need for modern development, but we do think that this can be in conjunction with our past. By emphasising their importance here, we hope to convey why it is imperative that the heritage architecture still standing must remain so.
